Guqin customization services are subject to special terms:
Custom orders are non-cancellable (except within 24 hours of payment)
Customization lead time is 3-6 months, depending on complexity
A 50% deposit is required to commence production
Designs cannot be altered after final confirmation

Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee, reduces time by half
Custom Orders: Shipped per above timelines after completion
We are responsible for delivery to the destination country's port of entry
Customs clearance procedures and charges are the responsibility of the recipient
A tracking number and shipping insurance are provided
Inspect the product immediately upon receipt
If visible damage is present, take photos and contact us within 24 hours
Acceptance upon signature constitutes receipt of the product in good condition
Standard Products: Eligible for return within 30 days of receipt
Custom Products: Non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect exists
Collector's Guqin: Subject to special negotiation
Return Condition: Product must be in original state with all accessories
Refunds processed within 7-14 business days of approved return
Refund issued to the original payment method
Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless product is defective)
Customer-initiated returns: Customer bears return shipping costs

Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Improper use or maintenance
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Environmental damage (extreme temperature/humidity)
Accidental or incidental damage
Global warranty service is provided, however:
Product may need to be shipped to a designated service center
International shipping is covered by us (during warranty period)
Customs clearance fees may apply
The Company owns all rights to:
Sundayou trademarks, logos, and branding elements
Website design, layout, and functionality
Product designs, specifications, and craftsmanship
Original content, images, and multimedia materials
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
Access and use the Services for personal purposes
Share product images on social media (with attribution)
Reproduce limited content for review purposes
By submitting content (reviews, photos, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.
You are prohibited from:

Prior to legal action, both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution through negotiation within a 30-day period.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved by arbitration:
